here's why Obama will lose

While the interview by Palin was not a bright spot, it must be nice for democrats to have nearly all major media sources doing their dirty work for them and broadcasting live whenever possible. Plausible deniability from the Obama campaign on this practice will only go as far as the viewing public will tolerate it. After all it's the major advertisers that call the shots on network TV. It is a tight line to walk with reference to public opinion when the leftist media employs its oft used fangs to go after a republican candidate, particularly with Palin as she is one that many females from both political parties can relate to in some way. Couric's penchant for being a bitter, blood-sucking pseudo-journalist comes out clear as a bell in this interview, a fact that will not be lost on many who watched. Couric and her liberal comrades cannot resist to claw and scratch, a fact that I think will end up helping Palin and McCain. All of this is totally laughable because it's the republican VP that is being raked over the coals for lack experience while the democrat’s front man is completely lacking in this department! It is fair to say that we will never, never, never see Couric or any of her vampire co-workers grilling Obama for an even deeper lack of experience in this area. If it were possible to have a negative number in this department, the democrat’s man would have it. This odd alliance between TV and the democrats frequently produces this type of hypocrisy that while lost on some of the numbskulls in this country, will only work to hurt the Democratic Party’s cause.

Here in Houston my cable is still out so I didn't see the debate, but from what I can tell from the blogs, the dem’s man continues to delve into his self-centered departure away from the far left that elected him and plainly show that he is not ready for prime-time. Nice work with the," I got a bracelet too! mine's from, uh, uh, err..." it's not looking good for Obama, a fact that will only become more evident as he has to come back to the center to pander for votes and in doing so contradict most of the bluster that fueled his campaign. So much for the idealistic student vote and the minorities that were promised the world in the campaign. What’s worse (or better), now as you beat up on palin you will likely anger the Hilary Clinton supporters and galvanize some of them against you. Nice job, keep up the good work! The message of drastic change amidst an America that is currently changing drastically cannot succeed. We can only take so much uncertainty. A vote for Obama that once may have been seen as a gamble with a reasonable chance of a favorable outcome is transforming into a leap into a precipice of unprecedented depth with a rapidly diminishing possibility of a safety net to catch our fall. What will now enter the minds of voters is fear, real fear as their reality as they know it is rapidly on the road to extinction. try as the democrats may to blame this on bush's inept policies in the end it will fall on deaf ears as the petty bickering of congress will bog down under the pressure of the election with both parties jockeying to make the move that will woo the most votes. It will become evident to even the dimmest of light bulbs that our elected officials are ill-equipped to deal with this crisis and shame on us for thinking they could or would. Under this pressure people will not, cannot, rely on an unproven candidate whose actions during the campaign depict an unreliable, untried head of state. What I find so ironic is that from what I can tell, democrats want more of the voting population dependent on the government for their basic necessities, yet it may very well be the fear of this dependency that causes the democrats to lose the election.

As for Obama, let's focus on his frequent statements in agreement with McCain’s ideas during the debate. Here in lies the intrinsic contradiction that will result in the demise of Obama’s rhetoric (and campaign for president). The democrats spout the oft-repeated statement that McCain is a continuation of failed bush policy; enter Obama’s frequent comments in agreement with McCain’s policy ideas during the recent debate. Therefore if McCain represents a continuation of bush's policies and you agree with McCain, then by your own logic you must agree with bush's policies. I know you liberals like your grey area, but I don't see any room for that in this line of reasoning.

You cannot agree to disagree with your own positions.

The end is near for liberals, I’ll meet you in the center, just leave your beloved grey area at home.
